Due to each item being intricately made to order, all sales are final. If there is any type of error on our end, please email us directly at info@ceribyniaceri.com.

If there is a special circumstance where an exchange is granted, all items must be unwashed and unworn with labels still attached.

The customer is responsible for return, shipping and packaging costs.
